Winter Solstice – Footsteps in the Snow

Oil stick on paper.  As the winter solstice arrives and the holiday season continues I offer a walk through a snowy wood.  This painting was inspired by Claude Debussy’s “Footsteps in the Snow”, here is a short video with his The Snow is Dancing.
